What is Round Table Peer Coaching Program™ (RTPCP™)?

Round Table Coaching Program™ assists all coaches in practicing coaching skills, building coaching confidence, enhancing their 11 International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competency skills while building hours toward their ICF accreditation and requirements. 

  • Each participant is coach and client
  • A place to explore coaching in a non judgmental or threatening capacity
  • A place to go deeper with coaching skills
  • Provides new coaches the space to practice coaching in a safe atmosphere, be messy while they are honing in on their coaching talents. 
  • Two types of guest coaches; Preferred Coaching Skills Coach and Preferred Business Development Coach– this allows for coaches to learn more about how to market their practice and how to sharpen their coaching skills
  • We allow for all types of coaches to participate; new and seasoned as well as encourage individuals who are exploring the coaching profession to try it on and see if it fits.

What are the benefits?

  • Weekly interactive coaching sessions that include debriefing and feedback related to the 11 ICF Core Competencies from peers and facilitator

  • Coaches can get messy in a supportive environment
  • 24 total peer to peer coaching hours
  • Six (6) coaching hours toward ICF accreditation
  • ICF ACC, PCC and MCC coaches qualify for 24 ICF-Continuing Coaching Education Credits
  • Virtual platform
  • Build coaching confidence
  • Provides coaches with a Coaching Tool Box full of useful coaching materials
  • Great place to define coaching niche (target market) and style

Program Requirements

  • Three (3) month contract (12 week program)
  • Feedback form completed upon peer coaching program completion
  • $295.00 per month for three months
