About Coach Arianne
I decided to pursue a degree in psychology after working almost 10 years in the medical field directly with people and helping them through sensitive life issues. I obtained my BS in Holistic Ministries December 2007 and graduated at the University of Phoenix with my BS in Psychology. I will complete my Nutrition and Wellness Consulting certification through AFPA this summer.
My passion for wellness and preventative health care is my main focus in connecting with people who have the desire to live well. Through our collaboration we explore underlying behaviors, identify roadblocks and set obtainable goals.
Throughout your journey you will have my support and compassion. I will acknowledge your accomplishments and help you work through obstacles. As you grow I will continue to hold you accountable for your desired wellness intentions.
